About

Annually, the Pacific Conference of the Brethren In Christ church hosts the Southern California Festival & Sale for World Hunger and Relief. The Sale supports Mennonite Central Committee’s (MCC) efforts around the world in disaster relief, community development, and peace building. MCC is primarily supported by the Brethren In Christ, Mennonite, and Mennonite Brethren Anabaptist churches. For more information about the MCC, visit www.mcc.org

Penny Power
Penny Power raises money for Mennonite Central Committee projects of peace, relief and development around the world. Spare change can lead to global change. Mennonite and Brethren in Christ churches have adopted Penny Power as a great intergenerational activity, collecting coins year-round. Coins and larger donations are collected and taken to annual MCC Relief Sales. Visit our sale and bring your pennies along! To find out more, visit www.pennypower.org

Ten Thousand Villages
The Southern California Festival & Sale also partners with Ten Thousand Villages. Since 1946 Ten Thousand Villages has supported the work of literally tens of thousands of artisans in over 30 countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East, making them one of the largest fair trade organizations in North America.
